Amazonian tree seedlings stimulated by carbon nanoparticles

Description

The data were collected during experiment with Amazonian tree species (Bertholletia excelsa, Carapa vasquezii, Hevea brasiliensis) in control and treatment groups. Treatments were carbon nanoparticles applications on seedlings substrate, 5 ml of arboline in 400mg/ml were applied once a week during one month. The completely random double factorial (3x2) were tested for normality and variances homogeneity and non-parametric distribution was predominant. Biometric measures were collected in the beggining and in the end of growth period, from march to june. Morphoanatomy leaf traits collected in the end of growth period, together with biochemical contents. Gases exchanges were collected during the first month, while nanoparticles treatment was performed. Spearman's correlation and false discovery rate at 99% significant level are available in separate tables. Also, R' script for provided statistical analyses are provided.
