scRNA-seq and spatial transcriptomics of MIBC across different ICB exposure and response state

Description

This dataset comprises single-cell and multi-scale spatial transcriptomic profiles generated to investigate microenvironmental regulation of tumor cell fate plasticity and ICB resistance in muscle-invasive bladder cancer (MIBC). The data include scRNA-seq from 11 tissue specimens across 6 MIBC patients covering distinct anatomical regions, alongside spatial transcriptomics consisting of 4 10x Visium HD sections and 6 high-resolution Xenium in situ profiling sections.
