Reproducibility Package for A Computational Transfer Framework for Fracture-Mechanics-Based Gear Fatigue Assessment
Description
This dataset contains the computational input data, analysis scripts, field-load spectrum representations, and reproducibility documentation supporting the manuscript “A computational transfer framework for fracture-mechanics-based gear fatigue assessment under variable-amplitude agricultural field loads.” The package supports reproduction of the finite-element-to-spectrum transfer calculations, constant-amplitude verification, and sensitivity analyses reported in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce
1. Install Python 3 with NumPy and SciPy. 2. Run canonical_core_locked_submit.py to verify the locked computational baseline. 3. Run gear_crack_canonical_locked_submit.py to reproduce the main propagation-life calculations. 4. Run bug_verification_locked_submit.py to reproduce the six-force reconstruction verification. 5. Run mesh_sensitivity_cycavg_locked_submit.py for the mesh-sensitivity analysis. 6. Run sensitivity_locked_submit.py for gear-ratio, spectrum-binning, and Paris-exponent sensitivity analyses. 7. Run r_ratio_correction_locked_submit.py for the Goodman-corrected S–N endurance screening. 8. Run dimensional_analysis_locked_submit.py and kf_domain_check_locked_submit.py for consistency and force-scaling checks. 9. Refer to README.md for the complete package structure, canonical parameters, baseline results, and interpretation.
