This dataset contains the R scripts, raw data, and environment lock files supporting the analyses presented in The three-morph problem: male trimorphism and alternative reproductive tactics in a Neotropical arachnid, accepted for publication in Animal Behaviour. The study investigates male trimorphism in the harvestman Longiperna concolor, combining morphological measurements and behavioural observations to examine differences in allometry and reproductive tactics among male morphs. This version (V2) corresponds to the final, non-anonymized dataset and supersedes a previous anonymized version created for peer review. The files allow full reproduction of all results and figures reported in the manuscript. The associated code repository is also available on GitHub (release v1.0.0).
