This work provides new insights into how serotonylation signaling is translated into chromatin-based regulation within the tumor microenvironment and expands our understanding of how emerging histone modifications shape tumor-associated stromal cell states. We believe that these findings will be of broad interest to researchers in cancer biology, epigenetics, and immunotherapy, as they provide new insights into how histone modifications shape tumor microenvironment remodeling.
