Differential modulation of phosphate–energy and sulfur–redox metabolism through phosphate-solubilizing bacteria in Arabidopsis thaliana under phosphate limitation
Description
This dataset supports the untargeted LC–MS metabolomics component of the study investigating bacterial modulation of Arabidopsis thaliana responses under phosphate limitation. Metabolomic profiling was performed exclusively on rosette tissues from 21-day-old Col-0 plants subjected to mock, Bacillus cereus, or Providencia vermicola treatment under phosphate-deficient conditions, with three biological replicates per treatment. The deposited materials include the available LC–MS acquisition export package, associated instrument/project and quality-control files, sample metadata, processed feature-intensity data, putative feature-annotation tables, and descriptive KEGG pathway mappings. Data were acquired in positive and negative ionization modes. Metabolite assignments were based on accurate-mass and database matching. Authentic standards were not analysed for matched retention-time and tandem-MS confirmation; consequently, all compound assignments are strictly putative, and no MSI level-1 identifications or absolute quantitative measurements are claimed.
