The Table S3.csv available in this dataset is part of the study published by Mansurkhodzhaev et al. in Frontiers in Immunology in 2021. The title of the paper is “Proteasome-generated cis-spliced peptides and their potential role in CD8+ T cell tolerance”. Table S3.csv collects all viral-human zwitter non-spliced and cis-spliced 9mer peptides described in the study. The file is over 5 Gb and might not be open by softwares such as Excell. It can be open through R, though, or similar softwares.
