Steps to reproduce

The data is provided as an RData file with an accompanying R Script that reproduces many of the key figures and findings reported in Goyal, Vlassenko et al. Cell Metabolism 2017. Running the script with the associated RData file should reproduce the results. Note that for privacy reasons, ID numbers and specific dates had to be removed.
