The database of contracted graphs with up to 8 independent loops

Description

This is a database of contracted graphs, containing the adjacency matrices of all contracted graphs up to 8 independent loops, and saved in a mat file. Contracted graphs are distinguished by the number of independent loops and saved in each folder "The contracted graphs with ? independent loops". Among them, the data under different files are distinguished by vertex degree sequence. For example, P776 stores the data of contracted graphs corresponding to the vertex degree sequence [7,7,6].
