Barbara HocheckerDescription
These data show the measurement of mRNA expression in human PBMCs. The mRNA expression was measured in ME/CFS patients before and after whole-body hyperthermia treatment (1 hour at 39 °C). The following files show the Ct values of mRNA expression of the genes RPLP0, beta-actin, ULK1, Beclin 1, AMPK1α, ATG7, FOXO3, HSPA5, IL-10, MAP1LC3B, SIRT1, SIRT3, TFAM, NDUFS1 and SOD2. The n-fold gene expression after calculation with the 2-ΔΔCt method shows a significant decrease in SIRT3 expression as a result of whole-body hyperthermia. Some other genes show slight but not significant changes.
