This dataset contains the complete search strategies and exported bibliographic records used in the systematic review on artificial intelligence ethics in relation to in-service teachers. Searches were conducted in Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection during January 2026 and updated in July 2026. The dataset includes the exact search strings, exported BibTeX files, and supporting documentation to facilitate transparency, reproducibility, and future evidence updates.
