Description

To our best knowledge, this is the first study consisting of supervised protocols to enhance the quality of sleep among healthy individuals with disturbed sleep. This reliability and adaptability of the protocol was examined after performing the pilot study. Furthermore, this supervised protocol delivered via non-randomization method among participants via individual and group tele-rehabilitation to compare its efficacy. This protocol could provide benefits to insomnia patients to overcome their sleeping problems. I hope this manuscript will enrich the content in the existing literature and add valuable insights to the insomnia problems.
