Description
This package contains 1,722 published scenario rows from Paloren's live cost estimation tools. It spans chatbot, CRM, agent workflow, receptionist, training and consulting scenarios with explicit input assumptions: monthly volume, minutes per item today, automated or assisted share, loaded hourly cost, build or setup cost, and monthly running cost. Outputs include monthly hours returned at full adoption, monthly value of time returned, estimated payback period and first-year net position. The rows are illustrative models rather than survey averages, so every output can be traced back to its formula and inputs. A README describes the method, columns, CC BY 4.0 licence and citation.

Steps to reproduce
We extracted scenario inputs and outputs from Paloren's public cost tools and normalized them into one row per published scenario. For each row, hours are calculated from volume, current handling minutes and automated share. Value is hours multiplied by loaded hourly cost. Payback compares build or setup cost with monthly net value, and first-year net position subtracts setup and running costs from value over 12 months.
