This dataset comprises 224 plot-level ecological data collected from forests on the northeastern Tibetan Plateau, primarily covering the Qilian Mountains and the Gannan Plateau. It includes geographic coordinates and detailed measurements of aboveground biomass, plant biodiversity, functional traits, as well as associated abiotic variables such as climate, topography, and soil physicochemical properties.
