Description
This dataset contains anonymized event log records of patients who visited the Outpatient Department (OPD) of a healthcare facility for medical consultation and related clinical services. The dataset captures the chronological progression of patients through different healthcare service points and records timestamps associated with each activity performed during the patient journey. The primary objective of this dataset is to support research in process mining, workflow analysis, healthcare operations management, bottleneck identification, workflow graph construction, and predictive process monitoring. The dataset consists of 62,422 patient-event records collected between April 2024 and April 2026. Each record represents a patient's interaction with one or more OPD services and includes activity start and completion timestamps, enabling the reconstruction of complete patient pathways.Patient Workflow Every patient enters the OPD through an appointment or registration process and subsequently follows one or more healthcare service pathways depending on clinical requirements. The possible workflow activities include: Appointment/Registration Consultation (Prescription Issuance) Laboratory Investigation Medical Imaging Pharmacy/Medication Dispensing Patients may follow different process variants, including: Appointment → Consultation Appointment → Consultation → Laboratory Appointment → Consultation → Imaging Appointment → Consultation → Laboratory + Imaging Appointment → Consultation → Pharmacy Appointment → Consultation → Laboratory + Pharmacy Appointment → Consultation → Imaging + Pharmacy The dataset explicitly stores these variants using workflow codes and workflow names.
