Simple sequence repeats (SSR) and single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP) were identified and analyzed differences in L. acutangula and L. aegyptiaca. Supplemrntary data included Table S1: Distribution of SSRs in L. acutangula and L. aegyptiaca chloroplast genomes, Table S2: Candidate single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) identified between 61 accessions of L. acutangula and 23 accessions of L. aegyptiaca,Table S3: A set of conserved genes found in Luffa and other species of chloroplast genomes.
