Description

Psoriasis is a chronic T-helper (Th)-17 driven inflammatory disease. Despite increasing use of biologics for moderate-to-severe psoriasis, data remains limited regarding outcomes of these therapies in psoriasis patients with renal disease (PPRD). This systematic review investigates evidence surrounding this indication.
