Whether the tumor microenvironment (TME) is shaped by endocrine function, as well as its diversity and function, in pituitary neuroendocrine tumors (pitNETs) remains understudied. We mapped the immune landscape of pitNETs using high-dimensional single-cell mass cytometry (CyTOF), analyzing more than 1 million cells from 56 pitNETs. Here we submitted 56 CyTOF files from 56 patients containing the 97418 immune cells in the TME of pitNETs.
