Description

This dataset contains 615 DART–TOF MS spectral fingerprint of Rubroshorea leprosula wood samples collected from West, Central, and East Borneo, Indonesia. The samples were analyzed in positive ion mode using helium at 350 °C over an m/z range of 50–1000. The spectra were processed through calibration, background and drift correction, centroiding, normalization, m/z binning, intensity filtering, and replicate averaging to generate final sample-level spectral profiles suitable for chemometric analysis.
