The genotype results for established ESCs and mouse.

Steps to reproduce

For detecting the Mesp1-KO and Mesp1/2-DKO genotypes, DNA fragments were amplified using GoTaq (Promega) for 40 cycles to detect null or WT alleles under the following conditions: 94 °C for 30 s, 60 °C for 30 s, and 72 °C for 60 s.
