This dataset is associated with the paper titled "Influence of grain-scale heterogeneity on crack propagation in crystalline rocks: Insight from phase-field model", which is currently under peer review for potential publication in the journal "International Journal for Numerical and Analytical Methods in Geomechanics." The repository provides the MATLAB program for generating (i) different mineral distribution patterns under the same polygonal mesh (based on Voronoi tessellation) and (ii) different mineral contents .The code provided in this repository is publicly available and free to use for academic and research purposes. The associated COMSOL source files can be obtained by contacting the corresponding author at xingjq@tongji.edu.cn. The dataset will be updated following the formal publication of the paper, and the latest version in the repository should be considered the most accurate and complete.
