Data presented in the article "A Clinically Relevant ALDH2 Genotype Exacerbates EAE Pathologies in Mice." Contains Confocal Imaging utilized to assess demyelination and neuronal loss for wildtype (WT) CFA and EAE mice (WC and WE), as well as ALDH2*2 transgenic CFA and EAE mice (TC and TE). Confocal Images are in 4x, 10x, and 20x. Blue stain is DAPI, green is NeuN, and red is MBP.
