Samuel CarrascoDescription
The data shows the higher heatinv value (HHV) and mass yield (%MY) of the hydrochars obtained by hydrothermal carbonization of apple and grape pomace biomasses at different temperatures (190-220°C) and residence times (30-60 min). The experiments were carried out in a Parr model 4551 pressure reactor with 100 g of dry biomass and biomass:water ratio of 1:10. The product (hydrochar) obtained was tested in a Parr model 1341 oxygen bomb calorimeter to obtain HHV and weighed on an analytical balance to obtain %MY.
