AutoSpectral: OMIP-102 unmixing

Description

Re-unmixing of OMIP-102 using AutoSpectral. Examples are provided using per-cell autofluorescence extraction (scAF-tagged files), or, additionally, with per-cell fluorophore optimization after single-cell autofluorescence extraction. The latter is provided with the exact computation approach ("slow") or the "fast" approximation. The intermediate Woodbury rank-one updating approach is not provided due to limits on the storage space.
