This dataset contains survey responses from 100 culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises in the northern coastal area of Central Java, Indonesia. Each row is one enterprise. The respondent for each enterprise is the owner or the manager who makes the financial decisions. The data were collected to study the business sustainability of small culinary firms in an emerging market setting, and to examine how financial literacy, financial inclusion, business saving, and digitalisation relate to that sustainability.
