This repository contains the code and experimental records supporting “Certified Gauge-Anchored Multirate Frequency Recovery from Unordered and Intermittent Spectral Peaks.” It includes the CGA-MFR implementation, experimental configurations and frozen protocols, record-level results, unit tests, figure-generation scripts, and consistency checks. The experiments cover controlled synthetic frequency recovery and measurement-informed semisynthetic evaluation using clock estimates and disturbance spectra derived from public LibriWASN recordings. The recovery signals and modulo observations are generated; the measured recordings inform the clock and disturbance models. The README documents the software environment, experiment provenance, and reproduction procedures. REPRODUCE.ps1 provides the verification entry point; full experiment reruns and archived-result checks are distinguished in the documentation.
