This data include the R1-R2 raw Illumina MiSeq sequences of 16s rDNA (V4-V5) and ITS (ITS2-ITS4) for the analysis of bacterial and fungal structure of Mexican tepache fermented beverage. This study include de replicates (R,R2,R3) sequences of initial time (T0 h) and final fermentation time (T72 h).

Steps to reproduce
The sequences data were obtained from Integrated Microbiome Resource (IMR) service. Illumina MiSeq 2x300. 16s rDNA V4-V5 (515FB = GTGYCAGCMGCCGCGGTAA and 926R = CCGYCAATTYMTTTRAGTTT). ITS ITS2 (ITS86(F) = GTGAATCATCGAATCTTTGAA and ITS4(R) = TCCTCCGCTTATTGATATGC).
