This dataset consists of 6 interrelated sub-datasets, systematically recording three core indicators in soil ecosystems: soil organic carbon characteristics, iron speciation, and bacterial community structure. It covers replicated samples from different sampling areas (CJY, DJ, FY) and treatment groups (CK, G, T, S, Y, F), providing comprehensive data support for studying soil carbon cycle and microbial interaction mechanisms.
