Steps to reproduce
- Open GaN.m file with MatLab (ver. 2024 or newer; online version https://matlab.mathworks.com is also OK). - Provided *.dat files with experimental data should be in the same folder as GaN.m file. - Execute code by pressing "Run" button or F5. - Output files for Figures 1-3 of the article should appear in the current directory.
