Steps to reproduce

Total protein lysates were prepared with RIPA buffer containing protease inhibitors, quantified by BCA eagents (Thermo Scientific, A55860), separated by SDS-PAGE, and transferred to PVDF membranes. PageRuler™ Prestained Protein Ladder (Thermo Scientifi; 26616) was used as the molecular weight standard. After blocking with 5% skim milk, membranes were incubated with primary antibodies overnight at 4°C, followed by HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies for 1 h at room temperature. Protein bands were visualized using ECL (Thermo Scientific, 32209) and quantified with ImageJ software.
