Description

Integrated metabolomic profiling and 16S rRNA sequencing revealed that enrichment of Duncaniella, CAG-485, and UBA3282 alongside depletion of Desulfovibrio-R constitutes the core microbiome signature underlying Morchella esculenta protein's protective effects. Through structural remodeling of the gut microbiota, Morchella esculenta protein profoundly reshaped the intestinal metabolome, which subsequently reprogrammed systemic metabolic homeostasis.
