GapExtractor
Description
GapExtractor© is a free software designed to determine the band gap energy of powder samples (semiconductors and insulators) by analyzing their diffuse reflectance (DR) spectra. This analysis is based on the Tauc-method and the DR theory developed by Kubelka and Munk.
