This dataset includes raw and processed data on feed intake, average daily gain, methane emissions, carcass composition, meat quality parameters, and calculated carbon footprint of crossbred Angus young bulls finished with either a conventional concentrate-based diet or a corn silage-based total mixed ration (TMR). The study supports the findings of the article titled: Effect of a corn silage-based finishing diet on growth, carcass composition, meat quality, methane emissions and carbon footprint of crossbred Angus young bulls.
