Description

This dataset contains the computational data from the paper "Evaluation of soil moisture products over the permafrost region of China’s Heihe River Basin," including the statistical calculations of soil moisture for various satellite data/reanalysis data products, the R-mean values of all SSM products and precipitation at each station, as well as the correlation coefficients R between different SSM products and precipitation, and between field data and precipitation, the statistical calculations of surface temperature from measured data and satellite data/reanalysis data, the correlation coefficient calculations between measured soil moisture data and NDVI data from satellite data/reanalysis data, and some unpublished data containing confidential raw data.

Steps to reproduce

This study utilizes observed soil moisture data, seven distinct satellite and reanalysis datasets, in-situ surface temperature measurements, MODIS Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI), and ERA5-Land precipitation data for its analyses. Calculations were performed using the nearest neighbor grid interpolation method. Note that certain datasets are subject to confidentiality restrictions and cannot be publicly disclosed.
