Description

This dataset supports the research entitled “The Impact of ESG Factors and Independent Board Members on Firm Value: A Dynamic Panel Data Analysis”. The dataset contains panel data of ASEAN companies collected from annual reports, sustainability reports, and financial databases during the observation period. The variables include ESG scores, independent board members, firm value, and several control variables used in the analysis. The data were processed using dynamic panel data analysis with the FD-GMM method. This dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future academic research related to ESG and corporate governance
