Description

This repository includes Matlab codes, examples, lecture showcase notes and instructions all focused on using CoolProp as a tool for obtaining thermodynamic properties. These tools were applied for instruction and learning in an undergraduate thermodynamics class (ME 235) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Michigan and found to be effective and helpful. Students went on to use these tools for working on projects focused on thermodynamic cycles. We are sharing these examples for the broader to community to use and benefit from as per CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 terms.
