A Dataset of Heart Sound Regurgitation of Patients with Heart Valve Disorders
Description
Heart sound regurgitation data was captured using the 3m Littman Electronic Stethoscope model 3200. The participants who were enrolled were selected after the clear diagnosis by the cardiologist. No inclusion or exclusion criteria were considered for selecting the individuals for data recording. The sound was captured from the three different anatomical positions of the chest wall confirmed specifically by the experienced cardiologist to assure that the recording is acquired from the required chest portion to represent the exact type of regurgitation in the heart. The entire data was recorded in the sitting position in the quiet clinical settings. The data is the raw version available exactly in the same state as the way it was recorded by the instrument. The instrument itself supports the required filtration of the data. Therefore, further processing of the signal has not been carried out.
