Steps to reproduce
Raw tiff files obtained from Li-Cor Odyssey DLX machine were opened on Image Lite software (Li-Cor) and analyzed for aggregate quantification and CAT tail length calculation. Empty and filled circles indicate different levels of contrast in the images that were used in the figures. Molecular weight markers and the dotted line around the blots were drawn on Keynote software (Apple) using images exported from Image Lite software. Dotted lines on the blots indicate the part used in the main and supplemental figures of the manuscript.
