Description

Cyclic tetra peptide were optimized in vacuum, water and ethnaol phases so as to observe their reactivity in each of the phase. The compounds under investigation were also docked against human Insulin-Degrading Enzyme so as to observve their inhibiting capacity and the pharmacokinetic analysis was caried out on the lead compound and the reference compound. The obtained information were analysed and reported.
