The study was conducted to see the effects of Multicomponent training program to prevent the risks for ACL injury among collegiate athletes. 30 Collegiate athletes were recruited according to the inclusion criteria and was assessed by outcome measures Y-Balance test, Illinois test and Single leg squat test pre and post intervention. Intervention was given for 4 weeks, 3 times/week. Multicomponent training program consist warm-up, stretching, strength training, balance training, proprioception training and agility training.
