Description

This dataset includes the following files to repeat the SCR analyses: capture history (CH) detailing individual IDs and the trap and sampling occasion of detection, effort detailing search effort per trap per sampling day on the logarithmic scale, habitat detailing the state space, sex detailing the individual IDs and sex (0 = female, 1 = male), and traps detailing the same information as the effort file but with binary (1 =effort, 0 = no effort). The script used to run the SCR model used for reporting (where sex and effort influence detection probability and sex influences sigma) is also included, along with functions required to run the script. Detailed descriptions of the sampling design, data processing and analytical steps are presented in Davis et al. (2025).
