OCD and MEQ
Description
The attached files include an R script and a dataset. The dataset contains data from three groups: healthy controls, non-patient controls (NPC), and patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). Group classification is indicated in the “group” column. The MEQ column represents participants’ scores on the Morningness–Eveningness Questionnaire, reflecting their chronotype. The BDI column indicates their scores on the Beck Depression Inventory, measuring depressive symptoms. The sumYBOCS column represents participants’ scores on the Yale–Brown Obsessive–Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS). For the NPC group, this score is based on the self-report version, whereas for the OCD group, it is based on a structured clinical interview. The age column indicates participants’ age in years, and the SRY column indicates whether participants take psychiatric medication (Y = yes, N = no).
