This study selected Medicago sativa, a pioneer herbaceous reclamation plant, as the experimental subject to investigate the functions of root secretion improvement and microbial regulation. The experimental test data include soil fertility indicators, soil bacterial community composition, plant root morphology indicators, and biomass, etc.
