Data for the manuscript "Soil Moisture and Temperature Effects on Seasonal and Diurnal Fluxes of Methane and other Greenhouse Gases from a Temperate Woodland". Includes CH4, CO2 and N2O fluxes measured using 8 chambers in a temperate forest (Alice Holt Forest, UK), and ancillary data such as soil moisture and temperature, rainfall and soil core parameters (bulk density, LOI, pH and particle size). Measurements were made possible by and in collaboration with Forest Research, UK.
