This data set contains feedback from beneficiaries and mentors of a structured mentorship program in Kenya, on the impact of such a program according to the metrics by Quacquarelli Symonds. The data set also contains responses by 9 employers from 7 Kenyan companies who have hired talent directly from the mentorship program, on the mentees' capabilities in personal and professional development, innovation, scholarship, and community engagement.
