Steps to reproduce

water extractable feruloylated arabinoxylans from wheat endosperm and cellulsoe nanocrystal extracted from wood were used, mixed in aqueous soltion. Gelification of arabinoxylans was conducted by enzymatic oxidation. Properties of gels were determined by Rheological and biochemecal measurements.
