Dataset of sustainability action plans of global university campuses

Description

This dataset collects information such as the net-zero carbon target in long-term, key climate actions, carbon emissions from scope 1 to 3, student and staff population, and principal gender of the 500 universities worldwide.

Steps to reproduce

Carbon emissions data is collected on the Ditch Carbon platform, which provides organizational carbon emissions data that based on publicly available sources. Other data are mainly derived from relevant materials such as annual reports and sustainable development plans issued by relevant colleges or specialized agencies.
