Bridging Metacognition and Artificial Intelligence Literacy
Description
This dataset accompanies the manuscript entitled "Bridging Metacognition and Artificial Intelligence Literacy: Empirical Validation of the MALF Model among Indonesian Teachers." The dataset contains the research instruments, anonymized survey data collected from 356 Indonesian teachers, measurement indicators, variable coding, and supporting documentation used to validate the Metacognitive Artificial Intelligence Literacy Framework (MALF). The study examines the relationships among Metacognitive Self-Awareness (MSA), Planning and Self-Regulation (PSR), Reflection and Learning Evaluation (RLE), Ethical Responsibility toward AI (ERA), Collaborative AI Learning (CAL), Self-Efficacy toward AI (SEI), and Technical Competence in AI Literacy (TCL) using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on teacher AI literacy, metacognition, self-regulated learning, and educational technology. All participant data have been fully anonymized, and no personally identifiable information is included.
