Description

Our findings demonstrate a novel mechanism by which resident tissue macrophages promote tumor growth by regulating tumor cell metabolism and also implicate the therapeutic potential to disrupt the connection between macrophages and tumor cells by inhibiting PGK1 phosphorylation.
