Description

This paper examines the issue of forming a knowledge management system in a logistics company. Knowledge management allows companies to achieve their strategic goals, such as: improving competitiveness and operational efficiency, increasing market share, increasing revenue and profitability. In order for the organization to achieve its goals in the current market conditions. To do this, the company should create a management system in which knowledge becomes the main resource. Recommendations for the implementation of the knowledge management system for the company under consideration have been developed and the result is that after the implementation of the system in the existing business model, according to the forecast, the return on sales will increase from -6.37% to 2.67%. Thus, the proposed knowledge management system through the formation and accumulation of competencies will lead to an increase in the efficiency of the company.
